Return & Exchange

At Firuzeh Jaipur, we take immense pride in creating one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces.

Made-to-order pieces may not be an exact replica of the image you see on our Instagram page, and may carry some irregularities in the finish and colour of the stones used. We believe these naturally occurring nuances form the essence of artisan-made handcrafted pieces. Therefore, at Firuzeh Jaipur, we intend to keep returns and exchanges to a bare minimum.

Custom-made pieces: we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Stock and catalogue pieces: we accept returns only if a damaged or wrong item is received. In that case, please ship it back to us and we will fix, replace or exchange it as appropriate. Please do this within 15 days of receiving the product.

Repairs: we offer repair services for all our pieces. The client bears the cost of repair. Please email us at firuzehjaipur@gmail.com and we will get back to you with an estimate.

In all of the above cases, we request you to bear the cost of shipping the piece to us, and we will bear the cost of shipping it back to you.
