There is a fixed design fee depending upon the scale of the design and detail we will mention it before proceeding with the order.
Articles that are made to order may vary in pricing estimate by 10-15% as most articles that are made by hand may slightly vary in stone , gold weight and carats during the process of making. Hence final estimates are only available once the product is made.
We require 100% advance to confirm the order. Any increase in cost once the final article is made will be communicated to the client and needs to be cleared before dispatch.
While we will try and create exactly what the client has in mind and as per reference. However please note there is always a slight variation as is expected in handcrafted articles that use natural gemstones which add to the beauty and charm of the product.
Lastly We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
