Dear Client, please take note of the following terms and conditions before you place a custom order with us.

There is a fixed design fee, which depends on the scale and detail of the design. We will mention it before proceeding with the order.

Made-to-order articles may vary from the pricing estimate by 10-15%. Handmade pieces can differ slightly in stone, gold weight and carats during the making process, so final estimates are only available once the product is made.

We require 100% advance payment to confirm the order. Any increase in cost once the final article is made will be communicated to you and must be approved before dispatch.

While we will try to create exactly what you have in mind and as per your reference, please note that some variation is always expected in handcrafted articles that use natural gemstones. This adds to the beauty and charm of the product.

Lastly, we do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.

Please place custom orders with us only if you agree to the above terms and conditions.
