- Materials - we use Gold, Silver, Precious stones, semi precious stones in our jewellery. All the material and weight details are mentioned on the website under each product.

- Care- you must store your jewelry carefully in plastic zip locks or jewelry boxes. Do not take a shower with them as they may wear out eventually. We provide a product care instruction card with our parcel and orders, so that you have a better idea on how to store your jewelry wisely.

- We are happy to make your choice of designs come alive, we charge a certain amount for customization as its a creative process which requires designer skills and precision. For customization, kindly contact us so that we can give you personalised assistance. Kindly note: customized items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled ones gone into production.

- All our items can be resized according to our customers, at the time of taking orders we make sure that the piece is well fitted to our customers. We also have a size guide on the website for you to find your correct size so that we can size the piece as per your requirements.

- As we do not mass produce all our products are a one time creation but they can be made to order within a timeline of 12-14 days. ( Depending on the design and materials available).

- In case of an event where you find a damaged piece in your parcel ( which is highly unlikely ) you must contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time and also send a photograph of the piece highlighting the defect.

- In case you snap or break any piece over the course of time we will be there to assist you. ( Additional cost may apply for repairs )

- Our brand follows a NO refund or return policy. In case you wish to exchange a product for another there is a 30% price deduction on the product purchased after which you are welcome to chose another product of your choice.
